If you are looking for IT talents to support your business, you've come to the right place. Whether you have an idea for a system or an app and need to quickly build a proof of concept (POC) or a minimum viable product (MVP), we can help you find the resources you need. Often, businesses have brilliant ideas but lack the available resources to implement them. That's where we come in.
What We Offer:
Quick Access to a Resource Pool from Vietnam:
Get connected to a vast pool of young, talented IT professionals from Vietnam.
Tailored Candidate Matching:
Depending on your specific demands and required skillset, we will connect you with the relevant candidates.
Quick Team Formation:
Find, select, and form a team of 2 to 5 young talents within 02 weeks.
Qualified and Multilingual:
All our IT talents are young, well-educated, and proficient in English.
No Initial Costs:
Start working with your selected team on a project for a testing phase of 4 to 8 weeks without any upfront payment.
What You Need to Prepare:
Project Description: Outline what you want to build, focusing on a POC or MVP to test the market.
Open Mind: Embrace new ideas and innovative approaches to developing your team.
Willingness to Collaborate: Be ready to work with young international IT talents from Vietnam.
Post-Pilot Phase Opportunities
If you are satisfied with the pilot phase and see potential in this collaboration, you will have the opportunity to either extent your working with 02 options:
Option 1:
- Continuing working with the team from distance in Vietnam
- Payment: 500 Euro/month/person
Option 2:
- Inviting the team to Germany for an internship lasting 3 to 6 months at your company.
- Payment: 1000 Euro/month/person + a package of flight and insurances of 1.200 Euro
Support and Integration
This initiative is supported by the State of Saxony, Fachkräftealianz, and implemented via the University of Leipzig. We provide comprehensive support in finding candidates, assisting with visa applications, and integrating young IT talents from Vietnam into Germany and your company.
